Showing a Little State (and Southern) Pride

I'm sure that just from reading my posts on here, y'all (here we go) can tell that I'm a southern girl from my speech to my style. Ask anyone I go to school with, even people I text like Cathleen or my Undeniable girls. "Bless your/his/her heart" and the likes come up in conversations regularly, but none more so than what I'm talking about today.

C/O Kentucky for Kentucky Sweatshirt // J.Crew Flannel
American Eagle Jeans // LL Bean Boots

I saw some of the Y'ALL products a while ago and fell in love. The sweatshirts, tees, tanks, and hats are from a brand called Kentucky for Kentucky. They're based right here in Lexington and make some great products for this "kick-ass Commonwealth," and I'm obsessed with this comfy grey sweatshirt. A men's flannel from J.Crew underneath kept me warm in this freezing November weather with some basic jeans and my Bean Boots. I finally learned how to tie them all cute thanks to Shannon from Prep Avenue and it's so cute, see how here

Supporting these local brands makes me so proud to live where I live. Yes, I love my nation-wide boutiques and name brands, but supporting other Kentuckians who are doing big things feels so great. Go check out the great products from Kentucky for Kentucky , whether or not you're a Bluegrass state native!
